Description
A drone equipped with a multispectral camera is a versatile tool for UAV-based archaeological surveys. It captures high-resolution images that are processed to create multi-band orthophotomosaics. This technology enables precise mapping and documentation of large areas quickly and efficiently, making it invaluable for discovering buried features of archaeological interest by identifying proxy indicators of archaeological presence. The multispectral camera acquires in the blue, green, red, red-edge and near-infrared wavelengths (5 bands).
