Description
A drone equipped with an RGB photogrammetric camera (42 megapixel full frame cameras) is a versatile tool for archaeological UAV-based 3D photogrammetric surveys. It captures high-resolution images that are processed to create detailed 3D models of archaeological sites. This technology allows for precise mapping and documentation of large areas quickly and efficiently, making it invaluable for uncovering, preserving, and studying historical landscapes. It is especially useful for accessing remote or difficult terrain, providing a non-intrusive method to explore and analyze heritage sites without physical interference. All collected data are georeferenced centimetrically thanks to RTK connections.
