Description
The portable X-ray Fluorescence device is in-house developed. The equipment is flexible and allows for various options regarding both collimators (0.5 - 2 mm) and filters. The X-ray tube can operate at a maximum of 70 kV. The system works without contact with the object, maintaining a distance of about 2 mm between the detector and the surface. The aim of XRF analysis is to determine the elemental composition of inorganic materials.
