Description
The Keyence digital 3D microscope is suitable for the 2D and 3D optical investigation of objects of various sizes and material with high resolution and with a large range of magnification. With the stitching function, high resolution picture can be captured from a large area of the surface. Tiltable illumination and optical axis allows the imaging in transmitted and reflected light. Besides the image, the digital 3D microscope yields quantitative information about the structures of the object not only on horizontal but also on vertical scale. This is useful, for example, for the determination of the depth of carvings or height of reliefs. With the help of this instrument, observation, imaging and measurements can be parformed at the same time.
